Terms and Conditions

1. The route by which we transport your shipment shall be at our sole discretion

2. If we are unable to deliver a shipment because of an incorrect address, we will make all reasonable efforts to locate the correct address and notify you of this correction

3. If we are not booked in for delivery, we will make all reasonable efforts to contact the correct people to ensure we can complete the delivery. However, if we are unable to do this, the goods will be returned at full cost

4. You must supply a proof of delivery/delivery note stating the contents of the shipment, full address, contact name and contact telephone number of the receiver

5. The contents of the shipment must be prepared and packed carefully by you to protect against the ordinary risks of transport

6. We limit our liability of any loss, damage, or delay of your shipment

7. We will not be liable of any loss of income, profits, reputation, customers use and opportunity even if we had knowledge that such damages or loss may arise

8. We aim to deliver time guaranteed products within the specified time

9. If you send valuable goods, it shall be at your own risk

10. Where permitted by law, our standard invoice presentation method is by PDF email

11. Our invoices must be paid in the currency stated on the invoice or otherwise in a local currency against exchange rates provided by us

12. You agree to pay our charges, including applicable surcharges for the carriage of the shipments between the locations specified on the proof of delivery/delivery note and any value added taxes within 7 days from the date of our invoice

13. Our charges are calculated with the rates applicable to your shipment. Rates also depend on the size of the vehicle required

14. Our rates are reviewed every 6 months
